Just made some low fat "Faux Ice Cream Sandwiches". Made with Fat Free whipped Topping, Chocolate graham crackers and chopped strawberries! Mix the whipped topping and strawberries and spread about 1 tablespoon on 1 sheet of graham crackers (that you have broken in half). Then wrap in plastic wrap and freeze till they are set. Each one is around 70-80 calories depending on what type of graham cracker you use. They are yummy!!!
